Personality

Goals

Setting clear and achievable goals is essential to staying motivated. When we have a clear idea of what we want to achieve, we are more likely to stay focused and committed to our tasks. Goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

Environment

The environment can play a significant role in motivation. A positive and supportive environment can increase motivation levels, while a negative or stressful environment can decrease motivation levels. For example, a workplace with supportive colleagues, good working conditions
